Refund Policy

Player fees, paid in advance, for camps or other instruction, will be refunded in full, less bank fees for credit cards & on-line registration fees, if notice of cancellation is given to Metro Baseball Academy in writing or via E-mail no less than 10 days prior to the start of instruction.

Player fees paid in advance for participation on travel teams will be refunded in full, less bank fees for credit cards & on-line registration fees, if notice of cancellation is given to Metro Baseball Academy in writing or via E-mail no less than 30 days prior to the start of tournament play.

Team fees paid in advance for participation in tournaments will be refunded in full, less bank fees for credit cards & on-line registration fees, if notice of cancellation is given to Metro Baseball Academy in writing or via E-mail no less than 30 days prior to the start of tournament play.

Refund requests that are made after the above time limits will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be in the sole discretion of the Metro Baseball Academy.
