What's new at Metro

Metro Baseball is proud to be apart of the Oregon sports community for the last 20 years. Offering youth in the Portland-Metro and surrounding communites a opportunity to advance their baseball knowledge and skills. 2012 is going to be an exciting year for Metro Baseball. Along with offering lessons, clinics, and camps. Metro Baseball will have a 14U high school prep team, and will be hosting a Hitting League held at Metro Baseball. We are proud to say that we have Two Collegiate All-Americans on our staff.  Kevin Gunderson Oregon State Beaver 2004-2006 (NCAA Baseball) and Aaron Gipson (NCAA Football) Oregon Ducks 2002-2005. Tom Gorman was an elite level pitcher in the major leagues for years. Darold Ellison was the Mt. Hood hitting coach for about 20 years, and still advises them on occasion. He's considered one of the finest hitting instructors in Oregon. Bob Hammitt has coached at the high school and at the college level. He's won league titles in the state of Nevada and Oregon.

What are you going to do to get ahead of the competition? Are coaches have the knowledge, resources, and time. We are here and ready at Metro Baseball Academy to help you build towards your goals. Regardless if their small or big, think Metro Baseball, we've done it, and we're here to help you do it!
